On the lower level, an entertainment basement includes indoor golf, a bar, a cinema and a sofa, plus access to a hot tub, sauna and outdoor lounging areas.

The main floor houses an open living room and kitchen that maximizes the views through a large window, while a central fireplace adds warmth to the ambiance. The master bathroom, with sculptural marble sinks, and the bedrooms, surrounded by large windows, maintain a contemporary and rustic aesthetic.

The loft on the top level, with a king size bed and panoramic views, presents itself as a serene retreat. Materials such as light oak wood, Wenge and gray stone add warmth and elegance, integrating the design with the natural landscape.
